DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Methods

New Zealand Delivery: We use CourierPost for delivery within New Zealand. All orders are sent with signature required, so please ensure you select an address that will be occupied during weekday delivery hours.

International Delivery: We deliver worldwide using DHL Express. The cost of delivery is calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your order and your address. All duties and customs charges are not included in the delivery cost and you will be contacted directly by DHL Express upon your order reaching your country. NOBLE will not be liable for the duties and import taxes and will not process a refund if you refuse to pay the relevant duties and import taxes for your order. If your order is returned as a result of unpaid duties and import taxes, and you would like the item re-sent, the delivery cost will be on-charged to you before the order is again dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

For all custom orders your item will be dispatched one working day after we have received the item from the jewellers bench and it has passed our quality checks. Please refer to the respective product page for production timeframes as this differs for each item.

New Zealand Delivery: We offer express delivery within New Zealand. Your order should be delivered within one to two working days of dispatch. All orders are sent with signature required, so please ensure you select an address that will be occupied during weekday delivery hours. If the item can not be delivered you will be required to contact CourierPost directly for re-delivery or redirection to a collection location.

International Delivery: We offer express delivery with DHL Express. Your order should be delivered within 4-10 working days of dispatch. You will be contacted directly by DHL Express upon delivery reaching your country. Any delay in customs processing your order, or receiving payment may result in a delay of you receiving your order.

Returns

At NOBLE, our pieces are often made to order, just for you. We do not accept returns if you’ve simply had a change of heart, so we encourage you to select thoughtfully. Our team is here to support you with any questions or additional details you may need before making your decision.
