At NOBLE, we offer secure, discreet, express delivery both within New Zealand and internationally, with every parcel carefully tracked and signature required upon arrival.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
Orders are sent via CourierPost with signature required, so please ensure you select an address that will be occupied during weekday delivery hours. We offer a flat rate of $9.90 for South Island delivery and $19.90 for the North Island. Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $250. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–2 working days. If your item cannot be delivered, you will need to contact CourierPost directly to arrange redelivery or collection.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship worldwide using DHL Express. Delivery is typically within 4–10 working days from dispatch, though this may vary due to customs processing times in your country. Orders over $2,500 NZD receive complimentary international shipping; otherwise, a flat rate of $80 NZD applies. Duties and import taxes are not included in the delivery cost — you will be contacted by DHL Express upon your order’s arrival in your country. NOBLE is not responsible for any additional customs charges, and no refunds will be issued if you choose to refuse payment of these duties. Should your parcel be returned due to unpaid customs fees and you wish to have it resent, a new delivery charge will apply.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom-made pieces are dispatched one working day after they return from our jeweller’s bench and pass our quality checks. Production timeframes vary by item, so please refer to the product page for more details.
RETURNS
