Do you offer ready-to-ship items?
Yes, we have a curated selection of ready-to-ship pieces, available for immediate delivery. You can explore these items in our Ready-to-Ship Collection.
What are the lead times for each item?
Most of our pieces are made to order and each have their own estimated lead-time. You will see the approximate delivery date of each item under the product description on each page. We try our best to give accurate time-frames, occasionally items can be shipped sooner, if there is any delay expected we will contact you to let you know.
Do you have a physical showroom or store?
We are currently looking for the perfect location to open our showroom. In the meantime you can reach out to us here with any product requests or questions.

Payments and Pricing
What payment options do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards and digital wallets on all purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and UnionPay.
For New Zealand residents we also offer Afterpay and Gem Visa for flexible payment options. You can learn more here.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Our website will display prices in your local currency where possible. You can adjust the currency in the top left of this page. For international payments, conversion fees may apply.
Do you offer financing or instalment plans?
For New Zealand residents we offer you the freedom to pay over time with Afterpay and 6 months interest-free on purchases over $250 NZD with Gem Visa. You can learn more here.
Do you offer promotions or sales?
We do not hold sales, as we believe in offering fair and transparent pricing year-round. However, we value our customers and offer the NOBLE Rewards programme, allowing you to earn points on purchases, which can be redeemed for credit towards future orders. Do you ship internationally?

What are your shipping methods and estimated delivery times?
We offer secure, insured shipping with delivery times varying by location:
• New Zealand delivery through Courier Post: 1–3 business days
• International delivery through DHL: 5–10 business days
Will I be charged taxes or duties on international orders?

Custom and Bespoke Services
What is the process for creating a bespoke piece of jewellery?
Our bespoke process begins with a consultation to understand your vision. We then create sketches or 3D designs, source the stones required, and craft your piece with precision. You’ll be involved every step of the way to ensure the final design is exactly what you envisioned.
Can I customise existing designs?
Yes, many of our existing designs can be tailored to your preferences, including metal type, gemstone selection, and engraving options. Please contact us with your request.
Do you work with client-supplied gemstones or heirloom jewellery?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer re-make services. We hope to offer this service in the future.
Does it cost more for a bespoke design?
It will typically cost a little more for a bespoke piece. We require a $500 NZD deposit to proceed with a bespoke design, which will be credited toward the cost of the final piece. The final cost of a custom piece starts at $4,000 NZD.

There’s no set rule on how much you should spend—what matters most is choosing a ring that feels right for you. The traditional ‘three-month salary’ guideline is outdated; instead, we encourage a more personal approach. Consider your partner’s style, your budget, and the significance of the piece. Whether you’re looking for an elegant, understated design or a rare and extraordinary heirloom, we’re here to help you create something truly special.

Do you offer custom wedding bands?

Do you offer Lab-grown and natural diamonds – and which should I choose?

What if my partner doesn't like the engagement ring?

For our made-to-order rings, all sales are final, as each piece is a custom creation made specifically for you. However, if you're looking for flexibility, our ready-to-propose rings can be exchanged within 30 days for another ring or credit towards a bespoke piece provided they are in original condition. A $150 restocking fee will apply.
If you're unsure about your partner’s style, we offer a proposal ring for $500—a simple yet elegant placeholder that can be exchanged for full credit toward the final ring or kept as a meaningful keepsake.

What is your warranty policy on your jewellery pieces?

We recommend professional cleaning and maintenance at least once a year, especially for engagement rings and everyday pieces. This helps ensure the settings remain secure and your jewellery retains its brilliance.

Some of our designs can be engraved such as Men’s wedding bands. If there is an item you would like engraved, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Do you offer jewellery repairs?
Yes, we provide repair services for NOBLE jewellery. If your piece requires attention, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can you re-make a piece that has been lost?
Yes, we can remake any NOBLE piece and may be able to recreate a lost design if you have photos or sketches of the piece. Our team can develop a 3D model based on these references for your approval before we begin crafting.
